I absolutely love this alarm panel – it’s my favorite by far! It comes fully equipped with all the features you need for top-notch smart home security right in the panel. No additional expenses for cell cards, plus it supports Z-Wave S2, Bluetooth, and even offers local facial recognition for disarming. I am amazed at how 2GIG managed to pack so much technology into one product at this price point. It’s truly impressive!

I purchased multiple units from both Nellys and ADI, but encountered the same issue with all of them – a subtle flashing on the screen. This was particularly embarrassing when demonstrating the product to customers and having to switch panels multiple times. Ultimately, I decided to stick with the GC2e panels for now, as Nortek advised me to accept the issue rather than offering a solution. Disappointing experience overall.

This is my first experience working extensively with a panel, and I must say it offers an impressive array of features considering its price point. Unlike most other panels where the cost would increase significantly upon adding a communicator, this panel delivers value for money. The facial recognition feature works accurately, and the ability to integrate ONVIF cameras, a feature not commonly found in other panels, adds to its appeal. I highly recommend this product.
