Customer Registration FAQ

I would like to become a TeluView customer. What is the process?

Thank you for your interest in TeluView. TeluView does not sell directly to consumers. If you are an installer or resale business, fill out the form above. One of our account managers will reach out to you and help complete the registration process.

When will I hear back about my registration?

Most customers are verified within 1-2 business days. Some customers will need to speak to a representative via phone call to complete the process. You may be asked to provide additional information about your licensing or business registration with your state.

Do I need to spend a certain amount annually to become a customer?

No. TeluView does not require you to maintain a certail level of spending to become a customer. TELUONE Elite members that spend over $50,000 annually are eligible to receive special rebates and rewards from TeluView. If you think you qualify, contact your account manager for more information.

Do you offer a line of credit?

TeluView does not currently offer a line of credit. However, we do have options available that allow you to pay over time through our third party credit partners. Ask you account manager for more information about the program today!
