Free Ground Shipping

We offer free ground shipping with a minimum purchase amount of $100 before tax. This offer only applies to orders shipped to the lower 48 states and the District of Columbia. 

Selection of Carrier for Free Ground Shipping

The choice of the carrier for free ground shipping is determined by our shipping department. We utilize a range of carriers including FedEx, UPS, and USPS.

Option to Select a Specific Carrier

While you have the option to select a preferred shipping carrier at checkout, please be aware that this selection will incur shipping charges based on the size of your order and will not be eligible for our Free Ground Shipping offer.

Next Day Shipping Cutoff Time

Orders need to be placed by 11 A.M. Central Time, Monday through Friday, to be eligible for next day shipping. This cutoff time is subject to change under certain circumstances that may not be in our control.

Procedure for Lost Packages During Transit

If a package is lost in transit, we initiate a case with the shipping carrier. Following a resolution, we can either dispatch replacement equipment or process a refund. Refunds are not issued until after this process is complete.

Responsibility for Packages Post-Delivery

Once a package is delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure its secure receipt. In instances of theft, claims may sometimes be filed through the homeowner’s insurance.

Damaged Items in Transit

If your item is damaged during transit, please contact customer service immediately for us to file a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds are contingent upon the completion of this claim process.

Signature Requirements on Deliveries

For deliveries by FedEx, especially for high-value or expedited orders, a signature may be required. Other carriers’ requirements may vary, and sometimes it’s at the discretion of the delivery driver. A signature requirement can be added to your order upon request.
