30 Day Returns Policy

We believe that customer satisfaction is paramount, which is why we offer a 30 day returns policy. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. The only thing we ask is that you pay for the shipping back to our warehouse. We will provide you with a shipping label upon RMA request with instructions. 

Our hassle-free returns process ensures that returning a product is simple and convenient. All you need to do is contact our customer support team, and they will guide you through the process. Please note that the product must be in its original condition and packaging for the return to be eligible.

This also means you have 30 days to notify us if anything is missing from your order so we can get the missing items to you in a timely manner. 

We strongly encourage you to check your packages immediately upon receipt. We focus on customer service and quality, but we’re all human here at TeluView and mistakes do happen. If you find out that an item is missing from your order, it is very important to let us know so we can get you fixed up as quickly and swiftly as possible. After 30 days we cannot guarantee a replenishment part or device.

Manufacturer Warranty and Support

In addition to our hassle-free returns policy, all of our products come with a competitive warranty policy. This warranty ensures that the product is free from defects in materials and workmanship for a specified period of time.

The specific details of the manufacturer warranty can be found in the product documentation or on the manufacturer’s website. Should you encounter any issues with your product during the warranty period, please contact our customer support team, and they will assist you in resolving the issue.

It is important to note that the warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, accidents, or unauthorized modifications. To ensure that your warranty remains valid, please follow the manufacturer’s guidelines for installation, usage, and maintenance.

In some instances, TeluView may be able to source items that have been discontinued by the manufacturer. In the event that we are able to source a discontinued item, and the manufacturer will not provide a warranty for the purchase, TeluView will provide a 90 Day warranty against defects in materials and workmanship.

Legal

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, you are responsible for shipping the items back to TeluView, or one of its partner fulfillment centers. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like custom products (such as special orders or personalized items). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used or open box items. 

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

Chargebacks

At TeluComp/TeluView, we stand behind the quality of our products and services. We understand that occasional issues may arise, but we kindly ask our customers to work with us directly to resolve any concerns. Chargebacks not only incur additional fees for our business but also disrupt the cooperative resolution process.

 

By purchasing from TeluComp/TeluView, you agree that all charges made to your credit card or check payments are final and non-refundable. We do not permit chargebacks, contested charges, or challenges to legitimate transactions. If you initiate a chargeback without first contacting us, it will be considered a breach of our agreement. In such cases, TeluComp/TeluView reserves the right to pursue legal remedies, including recovering attorney fees, costs, and any fees associated with addressing the chargeback.

If you have any issues with your purchase, please reach out to our customer support team promptly. We are committed to addressing your concerns fairly and finding an amicable solution. Proof of purchase from TeluComp/TeluView will be considered sufficient evidence to deny any chargeback requests made to credit card companies or banking institutions.
