Motion sensors are a good way to cover rooms, however, they are quite costly. The sensor itself seems to be of low quality considering the price. In order to put the sensor in walk test mode, a strong magnet is necessary, sometimes a door contact magnet would work, other times not. We always bring a strong magnet during installations to activate the sensor. I have not experienced any issues with the pairing or the reach distance. I have one sensor set up in a garage about 300ft away from the panel and it functions perfectly. The motion detection is reliable and it reports to the panel accurately. I am giving this product a 3-star review mainly due to its cost and the need for a strong magnet to activate the test mode. It might be okay if you only need one, but in my last installation where the customer required 8 motion sensors, the cost escalated significantly.

The detector functions excellently, with an impressive wireless range back to the panel. While mounting it was a bit unconventional, being custom integrators and experienced professionals, it posed no challenge for us. What matters the most is its reliable performance. The device simply works flawlessly, and its reliability has been exceptional.
