While it can technically be used at home, I would not recommend it unless you are residing in a high-crime area. One major drawback is the steep price point. Although it offers HD recording capability at 30 or 60 frames per second, similar quality cameras can be found at a lower cost with a sacrifice in frame rate. Another downside is its size – the camera is quite noticeable, especially with its white casing.
