Description

Introducing the Qolsys IQ Encrypted Mini Door and Window Sensor (model QS1135-840). This compact sensor is designed for use with the IQ Panel 2+ and features encrypted S-Line technology for secure signal transmission to the panel. It is also compatible with legacy 319.5 systems for added flexibility.
Easily mount this sensor on doors or windows using the included adhesive. It will alert the IQ Panel if the door or window is moved more than 1 inch, providing a reliable security measure. Additionally, you can program it as a “Safety Sensor” for various applications such as medicine cabinets, safes, or storage closets.
By utilizing Alarm.com, you can receive text alerts if your door or window is left open, enhancing your home monitoring capabilities. Take advantage of automation rules such as turning on lights when a door is opened or adjusting the thermostat if a window is left open.
This sensor requires two 3V CR2032 batteries for operation. The built-in tamper switch will trigger an alert if the cover is removed, ensuring the sensor’s integrity. Customize the sensor by assigning unique names, selecting chime types, and enabling or disabling voice prompts to suit your preferences.
