We offer free ground shipping on orders of $100 or more before tax. This offer only applies to orders shipped to the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states) and the District of Columbia.
While you have the option to select a preferred shipping carrier at checkout, please note that this selection will incur shipping charges based on the size of your order and will not be eligible for our free ground shipping offer.
To be eligible for next day shipping, orders must be placed by 10 A.M. Central Time, Monday through Friday. This cutoff time is subject to change due to circumstances beyond our control.
If a package is lost in transit, we will initiate a case with the shipping carrier. After resolution, we can either dispatch replacement equipment or process a refund. Refunds are not issued until this process is complete.
Once a package is delivered, it becomes the customer’s responsibility to ensure its secure receipt. In cases of theft, claims may sometimes be filed through the homeowner’s insurance.
If your item is damaged during transit, please contact customer service immediately so we can file a claim with the shipping carrier. Refunds are contingent upon the completion of this claim process..
For FedEx deliveries, especially for high-value or expedited orders, a signature may be required. Other carriers’ requirements may vary, and sometimes it’s at the discretion of the delivery driver. A signature requirement can be added to your order upon request.
