I found these outdoor cameras to be incredibly easy to mount and install.

The box itself functions well, but my only complaint is that it doesn’t appear to be a weatherproof junction box like the Hikvision ones I have used before. The Hikvision junction boxes had a better-sealed cover that provided extra protection for the pigtails from the elements. In contrast, the UNV junction box does not have a cover at all, and the camera is directly mounted onto the open junction box. This means that if you are installing it on a wall, you may need to open the bottom of the junction box to prevent rainwater from collecting inside. I would appreciate it if UNV released a version with a cover to address this issue.
